5 Days Gombe Stream Safari

Day 1: Dar es Salaam – Kigoma
After breakfast at the hotel in Dar es Salaam, pick-up and transfer to Dar International airport for your scheduled flight to Kigoma region. Upon arrive at Kigoma airport, will be pick up by hotel vehicle to the hotel for overnight.
Overnight: Kigoma Hilltop Hotel  Meals: Full board

Day 2: Gombe Stream National Park
Breakfast to be serving at 0700hrs at the hotel. Then, around 0800hrs transfer to the Lake Tanganyika for boat departure to Gombe Stream. Pick up on arrival and transfer to the camp, hot lunch at the camp. Afterwards proceed for Chimpanzee tracking in the forest.
Gombe Stream’s main attraction is obviously the chimpanzee families that live protected in the park’s boundaries. Visitors take walks deep into the forest to observe and sit with the extraordinary primates for an entire morning. Apart from chimpanzee viewing, many other species of primates live in Gombe Stream’s tropical forests. Vervet and colobus monkeys, baboons, forest pigs and dik dik inhabit the dense forest and a wide variety of tropical birdlife.

Day 3: Gombe Steam
0700hrs breakfasts 08h00. Chimpanzee tracking in the forest, climb to Kakombe waterfalls if time allows. Then return to Gombe luxury tented camp for meals and overnight.

Day 4: Gombe Steam
After breakfast 0700hrs, going for Chimpanzee tracking in the forest climb to Jane Godall’s peak.
Overnight: Gombe Luxury Tented Camp  Meals: Full board

Day 5: Departure
0700hrs breakfast, 0845hrs transfer to the shore of lake Tanganyika for departures by boat to Kigoma. Pick up upon arrival and transfer to Kigoma Hilltop Hotel for lunch at the hotel then proceed for a short sightseeing tour of Kigoma and Ujiji Town. Later transfer to the airport for your scheduled flight to Dar es Salaam. End of services
